What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare daily cash balance and process payment to vendor
• Liaise with Banks and responsible for daily finance transaction
• Keep records of account payable and account receivable
• Maintain financial files and record
• Maintains external/internal agreement ( Vendor and Partnership)
• Filing documents properly
• Tracking and reconcile petty cash and bank statements
• Issue and process invoice to partnership
• Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transaction
• Monitoring Bank Account Balance
• Supporting the finance and accounting team with projects and tasks when required

Who we are looking for:

• Male/Female, max age 30
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related field (S1/D3)
• 2 Years or more experience preferred
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skill
• Preferably having knowledge of Accounting software (MYOB, Accurate, Zahir)
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Deadline oriented and attention to detail accuracy
• Hardworking, fast learner and well organized time management skills
• Thrives working both independently and collaboratively
