1. Active high school or undergraduate student.
2. Confident, enthusiastic and well networked within your high school.

4. Passionate about organizations, communication and improving leadership qualities.
5. Willing to be responsible for the task, it will be based on the division.
6. Committed to the position for one year period.
7. Not participating as the stakeholder in another similar organization.
