Job Description

  • Calendar Management – Maintaning a frequently changing calendar, booking appointment, managing to do, ensuring a smooth running schedule for management
  • Create / modify presentations, spreadsheets and other various documents and ensuring that delivered on time
  • Complete Reports Management
  • Travel Management
  • Gather feedback or input from client / community to provide relevant and meaningful information to allow effective decision making
  • Active oral and writen communications in English
