Responsibilities:

– Identifying and executing, and driving new business opportunities with clients to gain benefits for BUSTIKET.COM business

– Defining the target market and the company’s strategic position

– Planning, arrange meeting with new business partnersIdentify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, set for targets and goals

– Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

– Develops, maintain and monitoring relationship, partnership, negotiating strategies

– Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential

– Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations

– Do regularly direct report to Business Development Manager

Requirements:

– Bachelor degree in management, business, or communication major are preferably

– Have experience working partnerships, business development or sales in ecommerce, FMCG, banks, telecommunications or other relevant industries

– Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills is a must

– Creative and strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations

– Outgoing personality, well organized person, passionate & driven personAbility to plan, work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables
