As a fast growing company, we are looking for all coffee enthusiast with good attitude and interpersonal skill to join our dynamic team as Part Time/Full Time Barista.

Qualifications:

1. Male/Female maximum age 25 years old.
2. Excellent interpersonal skill.
3. Fluency in English (Reading and Writing).
4. Minimum High School graduate or equivalent.
5. Minimum 1 year experience as barista/bartender will be beneficial.
6. Possess knowledge of coffee grinding, brewing and latte art technique.
7. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for a long period of time is necessary.
8. Flexibility to work in extended hours whenever required.

Job Duties

1. Welcoming customers, determining their needs and interests.
2. Assisting customers by giving them adequate information about their drink preferences.
3. Prepares and sells coffee based drinks and other beverages available in the menu based on prescription and guidelines set out by the company’s S.O.P
4. Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
5. Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
6. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
7. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
