Customer Support Intern

Job Descripstion :

  1. Effectively manage e-mail and chat from users
  2. Identify and assess users need to achieve satisfaction
  3. Provide information to users by verivying understanding by request and offering assistance
  4. Keep records of users interactions and complaints
  5. Follow communications procedure, guideline, and policies
  6. Manage all company social media (Facebook and Instagram)

Job Requirements :

  1. Fresh graduate or college student any field are welcome to apply
  2. Any gender, maximum 25 years old
  3. Familiar with social media (Facebook and Instagram)
  4. Willing to work in Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat
  5. Willing to work at least 3 months
  6. Ability to multi task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  7. Able to work individual and in a team
  8. Gamer is a plus
