Job Description:

General:

1.    Assist Youth Coordinator in the designated job description

2.    Prepare for and participate in department and other meetings as directed

3.    Provide progress reports and other reports as requested and required by the organization by the specified deadlines

4.    Maintain close working relationships with other GPF Indonesia Staff and Volunteers

5.    Compulsory to involve as staff for all GPF Indonesia programs and activities as requested by supervisors

Specific/designated Job Description:

1.    Responsible to support partnership and sponsorship of Youth Division programs

2.    Preparing sponsorship and partnership materials (proposal, poster, and some supporting materials)

3.    Corresponding with Universities, Young Organizations, Schools, Governments, Corporate and other NGOs

4.    Arranging and join meeting with partners

5.    Support to develop youth division programs

Requirements:

1.      Students or fresh graduate in any Major (Communication Science, Public Relations or Marketing Management student/graduate are highly considering)

2.      Have passion and interest in youth empowerment and peace issues

3.      Indicate a strong desire to learn

4.      Have an experience in sponsorship or partnership effort in some organization

5.      Have a knowledge about program management and marketing strategy

6.      Committed as an internship staff for 6 months and can attend to office at least 3 days a week

7.      Have capability using adobe photo-shop or in-design will be advantage
