Responsibilities
– Becomes the point of contact for all customer account management matters by responding to customer queries
– Managing the incoming orders as well as manage the overall coordination flow to ensure orders are well handled
– Liaise closely with Operational Officer for shipment logistics
– Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to develop, plan and implement retention program as well as attracting new subscribers
– Provide monthly reports on transactions, sales, and customer including getting insights to improve the overall online activities
– Liaise and actively contribute support for other business units when necessary
