Job Summary:

To assist Senior Sales Force Effectiveness Manager and Sales System Specialist in providing data related to sales force performance and activities.

The key areas of responsibilities include:

• Assist Sales System Specialist as super admin for CRM – SalesForce.com (SFDC).
• Generate data from SFDC related to sales force activities.
• Cooperate with Sales System Specialist and Sales Operation Manager for Enfa Start & KPI dashboard data preparation.
• Work closely with Area Business Managers to ensure achievement of sales force target.

Report to : Senior Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

General Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, preferably from Mathematics / Statistic major.
• 6 months experience in administration or other functions related to sales in consumer goods/infant business, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, especially in Excel (mastery in data analysis).
• Great attention to details.
• Familiarity with CRM platform would be an advantage.
• Demonstrate adaptability on working in a highly regulated industry.
• Ability to work autonomously with speed under a very tight deadline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
