YouExpress, is an on-demand logistics company in Indonesia that matches users and drivers to provide same day delivery and courier services. We continually research to make improvement to our product.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about UI design and stuff to join us for a full-time employee.

The successful candidate will work as a UI Designer, collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. You will be part of small, close-knit Product team and will be exposed to a wide variety of learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Design Specs for Android/IOS/Web
2. Lo-Fi/Wireframe
3. Hi-Fi Graphics / UI assets.
4. Prototypes / proof of concepts.
5. Research future trends and competitor strategy.
6. Concept proposal and mock-ups

All candidates will need:

1. Awesome Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator skills.
2. Portfolio of Mobile App design.
3. Understated and crisp UI design skills, with a balance of creativity vs standards.
4. Ability to work with corporate branding and App design guidelines.
5. Some understanding of usability / interaction design.
6. Some understanding of wireframes (storyboarding) and human computer interaction principles.
