• Monitors unemployment claims by reviewing claims; substantiating documentation; requesting legal counsel review.
• Reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
• Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety; ( BPJS and Assurance services)

·         Qualifications

§  Female Maximum 28 years old

§  Minimum possess Bachelor degree from any major

§  At least 2-3  year experience in the assurance field

§  Communicative and able to negotiate, computer literate is a must
