Job description

·       Drafting contract and preparing legal documents

·       Ensure any agreement made by the Company is in accordance with the laws and regulations in Indonesia

·       Provide proactive legal advice to senior management, business and support divisions

·       Provide legal opinions or legal advices on corporate issues or company plans relating to regulations issued by  the government

·       Handling shareholder meetings, director meetings, company registration, capital raising legal documents

Qualifications

·       Candidate must poses at least Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent

·       At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position

·       Having knowledge of business law, corporate law and civil law

·       Excellent interpersonal skills

·       Good networking and communication, highly motivated, responsible

·       Must be fluent in English and Bahasa

·       Experience in dealing with overseas holding companies or clients advantageous
