We are looking for a customer-friendly staff, who naturally handles phone calls well and write good correspondence emails. 

With education in information technology you are tech-savy and can explain technical matters.

You are also versatile and can handle various administrative, organisational and sales task.

Responsibilities

• Customer follow up, calls and correspondence

• Build and maintain relationships with clients

• Resolve technical problems, explain solution, expedite correction & adjustment

• Compose write-ups, marketing & support material

• Handle customer accounts, maintain records

• Organisational, administrative task

Requirements

• D3 / S1 information technology, database and internet knowledge

• Familar with e-commerce sites & operation

• Able to plan, execute and report work

• Hardworking, goal-oriented

• Strong communication skills

• Tidy and organized

• Well groomed

• Preferably a lady
