Our team is growing bigger and we are currently searching for a Finance & Accountant Associate who will be responsible to manage and ensure daily operation process in Finance & Accounting Dept. is run smoothly and effectively.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare and process payment to vendor/third parties
• Liaise with Banks and Vendors
• Record daily journal and Account Payable to MYOB system
• Maintain financial files and records, documents filling
• Maintain external/internal agreements (from Vendors and Partnerships)
• Reconcile company’s petty cash, issue and process invoice
• Record weekly cash flow of opex account
• Monitoring Bank Account balance
• Salary: Rp 5.000.000,- nett per month

What we are looking for

• Bachelor degree / diploma (S1/D3) in Accounting, Finance, or related subject
• Min. 1 year experience in Finance & Accounting field is preferred, however fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
• Good proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, Accurate, Zahir) & Ms. Office
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Deadline oriented and attention to detail accuracy
• Good analytical,problem solving, and effective communication skills (verbal & written)
• Trustworthy and able to work under minimum supervision
