Job Description

·         Lead content strategic objectives and plan creation including managing content (create, update and monitor) for company’s websites, marketing campaign and other form of communications with external partners

·         Working closely with various specialists or freelancer involved (content writers, PPC), oversee all content creation activities for the organizations’ website

·         Provide KPI analysis related to content strategy or objective

·         Create content marketing calendar to ensure regular content on the website throughout the year keeping in mind the targeted keywords based on SEO optimization strategy and Cekindo’s brand positioning

·         Write entertaining and informative search engine optimized content

·         Reproduce content for different mediums including social media and video

·         Create entertaining and informative video content for the website

·         Update all sections of the website including homepage and all other categories

·         Train the team on how to use the website content management system

Requirement

·         Excellent English (oral & written)

·         Communication/Journalism/English or Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification

·         3 years or more content planning or editorial work experience

·         Minimal 1 year management level experience, high quality content resources are preferred

·         Familiar with the concept of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and HTML

·         Digital native and active in social media

·         Basic skills in photography, image and video editing are preferred

·         Communicative, proactive and creative

·         Have knowledge of digital marketing process generally

·         Good data analysis skill (google analytics expertise)

·         Strong sensitivity for user insights and able to translate it to his/her work output

·         Strong team management ability

·         Strong sense of responsibility and dedication

·         Computer literate and proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
