• Will be responsible for the design, configure, testing and commissioning of the products that has been assigned to him/her until the solutions can be work in day-to-day operations
• Can work closely with sales team and help the sales team with customer engagements like showing demos , building PoCs , troubleshooting customers’ problem via web demos , answering support questions , etc
• Can work as a team and make sure all the  features  that have been installed running well and the  customers would love to use the product
• Manage and document systems configurations that have been installed
• Reports to Technical Manager and provides service delivery report
• Adaptable to the organization’s core values and company policies and a leader by example to all members
• Be responsible and accountable for customers
• The candidate needs to work base

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Knowledge and experience in fundamentals of networking
• Knowledge and experience in Windows domain account and active directory administration
• Knowledge and experience in virtualization and security system software in particular VMware and Trend Micro solutions  would be advantage.
