Job Description:

The Talent Development/ executive will be responsible for identifying and signing host to Cheetah Mobile’s Live.me platform. You will be expected to develop a big number of talented host, managing their daily performance to bring more users to the platform.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with talent, an impeccable work ethic, and a sense of pride and ownership in all aspects of their work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Become the in-house expert for broadcaster

·       Find good broadcaster that can bring good contribution to Live.me using various of channels (social media, university, etc)

·       Onboard broadcaster onto the platform

·       Manage in-house broadcaster: content management, performance, KPI, activity

·       Provide weekly reports and analysis around broadcaster activity

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       1 year of experience in sales or entertainment industry, fresh graduate are welcome to apply

·       Strong communications skills – phone, email, and in person

·       Creative problem solver

·       Organized and self-motivated

·       Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types

·       Be a positive contributor to the team and to the organization

·       Experience working in fast paced environment

·       Bachelor’s Degree preferred
