A fintech startup is looking for 1 candidate for Asisstant CEO that will be willing to be placed in Jakarta.
Job Qualifications :
1. At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. All genders and a Bachelor degree or above.
2. Must have a strong command in Chinese & Bahasa Melayu (both spoken and written).
3. A pleasant personality with initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
4. Able to work with deadline & multi task in tight schedule; Flexible and willingness to work overtime and travel, as needed.
5. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Job Responsibilities :
1. To provide full spectrum of secretarial functions to the CEO, responsible to manage appointments, coordinate internal and external meeting schedules
2. To facilitate effective communication with all the departments to and from the CEO in order to achieve efficient operation.
3. Involved in planning and implementation of project, and real-time feedback to the CEO.
4. Organized and coordinate meetings.
5. User operation, including users characteristic summary and data analysis core users operation,and data analysis.
