A fintech startup is looking for 1 candidate for Collection posisition, and will be placed in Jakarta Pusat.
Essential Requirements, Duties, and Responsibilities
1. Design and implement marketing plan and Identify markets for a Fintech startup company services and develop plans to reach them and grow the customer base.
2. Have collection experience, especially in electronic product industry.
3. Take some responsibility of Debt collection, cooperated with third-party collection organization.
4. Extremely familiar with Jakarta City.
Functional Skills
1. PC Proficiency in Word and Excel. Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
2. Strong organizational skills, flexibility and proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high volume environment.
3. Ability to work independently in a team environment.
4. Proficiency in English, both passive and active.
5. Minimum hold diploma degree.
6. Minimum experience 1 year. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
