Requirements:
– Fresh graduated from High School/Vocational School/College/Academy/University
– Good looking, min. 160cm for female, and 165cm for male
– Good communication in English
Responsibilty:
– To handle or follow up request or complaint from tenants and customers
– To give infomation about promo or events at mall
– To answer a phone call
– To take order
– To communicate and coordinate with internal departments
– To follow up on customer interactions
– To provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
