We are looking for interns and new college grads of Mechanical Engineering disciplines to strengthen our talented network of professionals.

Job Description
– Working with distribution manager / chanel management and local distributor by achieving set sales target based on business plans
– Identify key market opportunities for Bearing & Power Transmissions products and evaluating market potential in industries such as metals, cement, power generation, pulp & paper, mining
– Build and maintain communication and relationship with customers, gain full insight into key end user accounts. Present technical presentations, understanding customer feedback and channeling to the engineering manager.
– Build and promote Timken’s brand and image – penetrate Bearing Power & Transmission product industrial market at end-user-level
– Provide technical training to both distributors and end users (of current and new products) and provide technical services and trouble shoot independently at end-user-level (mounting/dismounting, damage analysis, maintenance and purchase, creating customised solutions)
– Work with both maintenance and purchase department of Distributor and eng users
– Serve as the first point of contact of our customers in providing Technical resolutions to issues raised.

Requirement
We are looking for individuals who :
– Mechanical engineering graduates or those with Bachelor / Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
– Show strong leadership potential
– Are flexible and able to adapt to new situations and environments
– Demonstrate strong English communication skills
– Have a track record of success in both
-Maintain 1 2.8 cumulative GPA
