FCC is a unit within the Legal & Compliance function that is dedicated to helping the Bank manage Financial Crime Risk (FCR). FCR is the risk of adverse financial, reputational or regulatory impact from money laundering, the breach of applicable sanctions or bribery. The Group FCC team sets the global standards and frameworks for managing FCR.
