We are looking for a Travel Consultant with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses).

Main Duties:

·         Create trip description & itinerary

·         Manage participant registrations & follow up on payments

·         Communicate with vendors (venue, car rental) to finalize trip

·         Schedule & communicate with Host

·         Help execute marketing activities

·         Manage client database

Desired Skills & Competency

·         Passionate about the travel industry

·         University fresh graduate from any background (S1/Bachelor Degree/D3)

·         Good administration & execution skills: efficient, attention to details, multi-tasking

·         Good interpersonal & communication skills (in English and Bahasa)

·         Flexible, willing to learn & grow together with the business

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop are highly valued and should be highlighted.

·         Any extra-curricular activities, achievements, work experience, internships and organizational experience are highly valued and should be highlighted.
