Tour Operation


  • Focus on Standard Operations Procedures
  • Liasing with coach operators, local operators, and internal parties
  • Preparing interesting program by partnership with local vendors
  • Handling Booking and Invoicing
  • Preparing documents
  • Monthly Report
  • Customer Database
  • Collecting, evaluating and responding to any customer feedback


  • Male/Female
  • A Demonstrable interest in travel (with travel experiences will be an advantage)
  • English speaking & writing skill is preferable
  • Excellent in Computer Office Program (Words, Excel, Ppt)
  • Social Media & Commercial Awareness
  • Excellent interpesonal skills, reliable and positive person
  • Good in Communication, Organizational, and Customer Services Skills
