·        Required skill(s) : MS Office and have excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Responsibility :

·        Maintain good relation with customers

·        Pro-active selling of products to both existing and new customers in order to achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales revenue targets and other performance targets

·        Handling phone calls involving challenging conversations or complex problems

·        Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling

·        Monitor members reactions and competitors activities thru daily/weekly reports and submit to immediate superior

·        Keeping up to date with market changes and developments, and new products

·        Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved
