Job Description :

1. Responsible on the day to day operation of the store
2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
3. Lead a team to achieve a direct increase in sales revenue within an image conscious environment where teamwork, trust, respect and care for each other are key factors

Qualification :

• Male / Female, age between 25-35 years old
• Minimum education is Bachelor Degree of any major
• Able to work on retail hours (shift), including weekends and public holidays
• Having experience minimum 2-3 years in retail industry (sport / fashion), experience in Supervisory or Managerial role is a must
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Must be hands on, resourceful, result oriented, and strong in teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Good looking, strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining the team
