Qualifications

• Familiar in social media or related field
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Adequate knowledge of Public Relationship, web development aspect, CRO and SEO
• Knowledge of mass communication and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor in Communications/PR, New Media or International Relation

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and delivering all editorial content across social platforms all copywriting for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other Indonesian social platforms ensuring the execution of timely, exciting ways of communicating stories and messages
• Assisting to develop SEO/SEM keywords and content for campaigns
• Translating content, English ¬ Bahasa
• Engaging with large and active local/regional communities
• Meeting KPI’s defied by lab companies to increase downloads or usage, increase active users and encourage product consumption
• Lead, brainstorming and executing creative content strategy through all Indonesian social media channels
• Developing detailed and useful metrics and reports
• Curating content for the social media editorial calendar
• Suggesting new creative ways to engage with our client’s communities
• Responding to answer posts and questions and concerns with helpful and friendly answers, and working with the client service team to resolve issues
• Keeping up with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Monitoring the latest trends around the online work industry
