Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
  3. Generate and qualify leads.
  4. Source and develop client referrals.
  5. Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
  6. Schedule sales activity.
  7. Develop and maintain a customer database.
  8. Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
  9. Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
  10. Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
  11. Negotiate with clients.
  12. Develop sales proposals.
  13. Prepare and present sales contracts.
  14. Conduct product training.
  15. Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
  16. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
  17. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity.
  18. Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
  19. Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
  20. Carry out market research and surveys.
  21. Participate in sales events.
  22. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Maximum 28 years old, Bachelor degreeĀ in any field.
  2. Fresh graduate and 1 year experience of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Having knowledge of relevant computer applications, principles and practices sales, customer service principles, and basic business principles.
  4. Require skill(s) : planning and strategizing, persuasiveness, adaptability, verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills.
  5. Stress tolerance and goal driven.
  6. Experience in making presentations.
  7. Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
