| Job Description | ASPIRIA (a subsidiary of REAPRA PTE. LTD) is a Japanese venture building firm based in Singapore. ASPIRIA aspires to bring innovation and build businesses within the beauty industry throughout South East Asia region. We are currently looking for research intern in Indonesia. As a research intern your role is to execute market research in beauty-related industry and also to assist ASPIRIA in developing and establishing business once opportunities are found. This internship is fast-paced, demanding and will provide the opportunity of exposure and deep understanding into the beauty industry and entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities: -Explore beauty businesses and trends in Indonesia -Research on related topics like media platform, portal services, influencer marketing in beauty industry, etc. -Analyze existing competitive beauty services, new market/segment to enter, etc. -Support with data and model on ongoing projects and programs. -Support team members on the development of businesses. Preferred Qualifications: -Strong analytical and academic background is a plus. -Passion in entrepreneurship and experiences in start-ups are extremely preferred. -Outstanding communication and presentation skills. -Tackle issues with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and think from both micro and macro viewpoints. -Self-starter who can work proactively and independently as well as in a collaborative environment. -High-tolerance for ambiguity and ability work to in fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. |
