YouExpress, is an on-demand logistics company in Indonesia that matches users and drivers to provide same day delivery and courier services. We continually research to make improvement to our product.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about research to join us for a three month (minimum) full-time paid internship.

The successful candidate will work as a Research Assistant, providing research and analytical support to product team. You will be part of small, close-knit Product team and will be exposed to a wide variety of learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting primary and secondary research (both qualitative and quantitative) to build data and evidence
2. Undertaking analysis of data and evidence
3. Contributing to the development of research reports

All candidates will need:

1. A strong academic background, intellectual curiosity and an interest in sustainable development
2. A willingness and ability to learn new research skills
3. Tenacity in tracking down information and undertaking primary research
4. An aptitude for working with both numerical data and qualitative information
5. An ability to communicate analytical findings in written material
6. Strong verbal communication skills
7. Enthusiasm, adaptability, resourcefulness, common sense
