Job Description:

The Partner Acquisition Specialist is a critical role at Helpster. You will be in charge of onboarding, and retaining the best Partners onto the Helpster platform. Through your daily interactions interviewing and training Partners, you will provide insights on how to streamline and improve the process for maximum efficiency. You will also provide analysis and feedback on how to attract the highest quality and most loyal Partners.

Responsibilities:

• Greet candidates, conduct comprehensive interviews, process documents, and provide training on how to use the Helpster App
• Provide Partner support via call, email, and chat to ensure increased Partner engagement and loyalty through your efforts
• Support and maintain strategic partnerships which are a source of Partners
• Work closely with internal teams to support acquisition of the best Partners
• Collect, and report candidate and Partner feedback, and recommendations
• Compile data, and create weekly Partner acquisition activity, support and results
• Work with Marketing to create leads through online and offline channels

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years work experience
• Ability to understand what it takes to convert a candidate into a great Partner
• Strong executor willing to do what it takes to get the job done
• Can follow proper workflows, procedures, and processes
• Capable with web and online portals for administration of day to day work
• Comfortable collecting and reporting feedback, suggestions, and data
• Team player and excellent communicator
• Startup experience preferred
• English skills a BIG plus
