JOB TITLE:

Social Media Internship

We are looking for a creative fresh-graduate or advanced student who thrive on the demands of Mobilkamu’s reputation management and she/he would gain experience on the competitive field of social media relations. Social media relations is about managing online reputation and customer awareness of our brand. It involves gaining understanding and support for Mobilkamu, as well as trying to influence customer opinion and behaviour using all the tools that the modern social media has to offer.

You’ll use all forms of online media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of Mobilkamu. You’ll communicate key messages, often using third party endorsements, to defined target audiences in order to establish and maintain goodwill and understanding between Mobilkamu and its public. As a Social Media intern, you’ll report and explain the findings to our Customer Relations Officer and to our Chief Creative Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Researching, creating and posting original appropriate content on a daily basis to all mobilkamu’s social media accounts.

Constantly following up on any form of communications from customers via these accounts.

Assisting with Social Media strategies and constantly keeping track of analytics, making sure our online presence is doing better every day.

Reinforcing Mobilkamu’s brand and behavioural standards, making sure all employees abide to them.

Help build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

Helping to collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

SKILLS:

You will need to have:

Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills (fluent English is a big plus);

Above average understanding about social media and current affairs;

Creativity, imagination and initiative;

Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn;

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask;

The ability to cope with pressure;

Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;

Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.

The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

Have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

REQUIREMENTS :

Interst in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist

Good skill of consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational ability

Fluency in English

Basic Study in Communications, Marketing, Business, Advertising, New Media or Public Relations

Final-year student and fresh graduated are very welcome
