Job Description:

Taking on this role would mean helping small medium enterprises engage and connect with prospective employees better through Helpster platform. You would actively search for relevant job postings, extract the data, and enter it on Helpster’s platform. You will support sales to convert prospective employers to become our clients. You are diligent, can think critically, and have an eye for detail.

Required Skills:

• Majoring in marketing, management, business, information system with min GPA 2.75
• Proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel
• Detail oriented. Able to creatively conduct searches to collect relevant data
• Efficient in entering required data into predefined fields
• Excellent communications and listening skills
• Can meet strict targets and deadlines
• Ability to think on your feet and have initiative

General Requirements:

• Ability to work in a highly charged environment while maintaining high quality standard
• Strong sense of initiative, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and go beyond what’s expected
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environment
• Customer centric
• Should ideally possess start-up acumen: strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and do what it takes to get things done

• Flexible working time, a minimum of 30 hours per week
