Qualifications

• Male
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or any other related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Effective project management skills
• Strong administration and organizational skills
• Strong Copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
• Experience or interest in Information Technology
• Ability to solve problems creatively and strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• An excellent communicator with people of all ages, backgrounds and competencies
• Be pro-active and able to multitask, plan and execute independently in a timely manner
• A team player who enjoys working as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign & Adobe Photoshop
• Strong work ethic
• Active in English is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

• Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities
• Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature
• Coordinating the production of wide range of marketing communications
• Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
• Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature
• Writing articles and promotional material for the company
• Preparing interesting written copy for the website
• Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases
• Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
