Responsibility : recruitment for mpc, maintain relationship between contractor&company
Tender: perform contracts for manpower in efficient&effective way, maintain statistical database of information relevant to function in which deployed, perform communication with internal parties ensuring the implementation of department’s objective, assist to capture&analyze hr specific&general items or administrative data and produce technical&presentation, develop sop,guidelines,work instruction in hro/mpc area
Industrial relation: perform communication with internal parties ensuring the implementation of department’s objective(with skk migas, dirjen migas, contractor)
