What a GENERAL AFFAIR INTERN will be doing :

• Assisting GA in administrative tasks
• Manage and monitoring meeting room booking
• Preparing necessary letter for office needs
• Manage and maintain company asset (furniture, electronic devices, etc.)
• Generate and manage GA documents such as GA administrative, Payment Request, Cash Advance Request, Petty Cash Request, Purchase Order, etc., for internal customer requirements
• Monitoring and manage cash advance requirements as needed
• Monitoring, manage and maintain company asset and availability of office equipment such as stationery, computers, furniture, pantry stock etc.
• Organize daily meeting room schedule

Requirements :

1. Undergraduate student from any major
2.  Having a good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Able to handle multiple projects and/or tasks in a fast-paced environment
4. Fast, Focus and responsive to needs of colleagues
5. Able to work independently and in a team environment
6. Able to work under pressure
