We are on the hunt for a hungry and talented Graphic Designer to work across a diverse range of projects for both print media and web graphics. You should live, breath, eat and sleep design, be full to the brim with creativity and be looking for a real challenge. You will know the Adobe suite inside out and ideally be able to conceptualize on paper.

A passion for graphic designing – an eloquent and succinct creative designer who is savvy with what works well on the web and print media. You’ll need to be enthusiastic about creating graphics on whatever industry is thrown your way. Quality is key.

You will be working with a dedicated leader who will guide you every step of the way.

• Website / Ecommerce Banners/Graphic
• Billboard Design

Here’s what were looking for:

• Excellent Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills
• Good InDesign skills and knowledge of print production (Bleed, Different 
Sizes)
• Good hand drawing skills to a level of being able to convey ideas 
without a computer (Rough Sketches)
• Excellent understanding of typography and composition.
• Good knowledge of colours (such as passion colours, energetic colours 
etc) graphic design history, and a desire to learn more.
• Pleasant, easy- 
going personality.
• Eager to learn and grow
• Able to convey ideas into design
• Enthusiasm to work on illustrations primarily individually.(The role could involve working on projects collaboratively, but mostly will be on your own)
• Commercial sensibilities; an appreciation of briefs and project 
requirements.
• Ability to adapt and explore different techniques without being precious.
• Open minded and inquisitive at all times.
• Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing 
proposals
• Creatively seek out new product knowledge and maintain cutting edge industry 
knowledge
• Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management

typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.

Where you’ll be based
This is a work from home position. You are free to work from café, home or on the move for the majority of the time however you will be required meet with your designated leader to discuss ideas and projects from time to time and come to the office for occasional reporting and meetings (if need be). You must also be available to have regular contact with reporting colleague via email, WhatsApp and Skype. So it is essential to have an excellent communication manner and always be ready whilst on the go.

Terms

Although this is a freelance position, it does not close the idea of it becoming a part-time or full-time position. There will be a three month trial phase before it is decided whether it will proceed to employment or termination of the service. There will be six weeks notice in the event of termination.

You will report to assigned reporting colleague and your working hours will be from 9:00PM to 5:00PM Indonesia time. We provide full flexibility in timings. We want work to be playful and be taken seriously that way however there will be occasions where deadlines must be met.

In addition to your salary you will also be entitled to performance based bonuses.
