Job Description We are hiring E-commerce Customer Service that will be focussing on all levels of customer interaction via phone, email, chat, social media and any other communication channels. The ideal candidate for this role will be and detail oriented with an entrepreneurial personality to grow company sales

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically (online) or face to face
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • provide pricing and delivery information
  • perform customer verifications
  • process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • record details of actions taken
  • manage administration
  • communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process


  • Female. Max 28 years old
  • Passionate about Digital business
  • High Proficiency in Chatting & Coummunication skill
  • Able to deliver Results under Pressure
  • Proficient in Computer Skills including Microsoft Office
