We are now looking for CGI Program Officer to join our team.

This is a very dynamic job and requires an energetic person. The person we are after will be responsible for programs related to our incubator; working alongside various parties in/out of the incubator.

Responsibility:

• Assist CGI Program Manager
• Assist in conceptualizing, developing, implementing, and expanding CGI programs
• Track and evaluate the success of CGI programs
• Work with other divisions in areas such as operations
• Contribute creative ideas for program development
• Communicate with internal and external parties related to CGI
• Support and engage startups, alumni, and other stakeholders in our community
• Organize training events
• Monitor startups progress
• Update CGI database and ensure proper documentation

Requirement:

• Understanding of Startup 101, particularly early-stage startups in local & international scene
• Project management experience (informal experience is acceptable) incl. budget formulation, admin, monitoring and evaluation techniques and practices
• Bachelor’s degree with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00 scale.
• Alignment with our vision, mission, and values
• Able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Good in Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint, Word
• Ready to work immediately in South Jakarta
