Samana is looking for a young, brilliant architect/ Building Designer for one of our Guesthouse Project in Denpasar Bali and Housing Development in Jakarta. The ideal candidate must be able to design a guesthouse with the following criteria:

– Able to embed Balinese style in the fascade design with light touch of Balinese on the overall exterior

– Design a building with optimized the rooms number; along with receptionist area, common sitting area, and parking lot at the semi basement

– The building will also be used as the permanent stay for owner; hence half of third floor and forth floor will be used as the house

– It is built on a 520 sqm with expected number of rooms can reach at least 56 rooms

– Design must take into accounts efficient building and power consumption for electricity, lighting, air condition lay out, cabling, etc

– Room design includes bathroom; design should be able to incorporate a good bathroom design with clean and luxurious look

– Low cost construction; for instance, slighly low ceiling, simple staircase, use of Solluble for flooring, less building attributes, etc.
