Requirements :

• Male/Female, max 25 years old
• Min 1 year experience in organization
• Candidate must be majoring in Public Relation or Marketing with GPA min 3.00
• Have knowledge on training soft skill solution and corporate business process
• Independent worker, initiative to search & learn new things, good on problem solving & decision making, strong interpersonal skill, good attitude, smart communication skill and strong approach skill

Job Descriptions :

• Sell training solutions to corporate customers
• Manage sales through planning activity, proposal training, presentation, follow up after meeting and build relation to customer
• Discipline on report activity, pipeline strategy and forecasting
• Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
