  • providing help and advice to customers using Bornevia customer service product
  • communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, social media, chat, and face to face
  • investigating and solving customers’ problems with other team members
  • help improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organisation or department
  • keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals and courses

Requirement

  • listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require
  • confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
  • good personal presentation
  • a commitment to improve your own customer communication skills on an ongoing basis
