Qualifications

·         Male

·         Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or any other related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

·         Effective project management skills

·         Strong administration and organizational skills

·         Strong Copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas

·         Experience or interest in Information Technology

·         Ability to solve problems creatively and strong organizational and interpersonal skills

·         An excellent communicator with people of all ages, backgrounds and competencies

·         Be pro-active and able to multitask, plan and execute independently in a timely manner

·         A team player who enjoys working as part of a team

·         Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign & Adobe Photoshop

·         Strong work ethic

·         Active in English is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

·         Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities

·         Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature

·         Coordinating the production of wide range of marketing communications

·         Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required

·         Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature

·         Writing articles and promotional material for the company

·         Preparing interesting written copy for the website

·         Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases

·         Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
