Everyone has something in their closet sitting unused or underused, and Tinkerlust is on a mission to make the resale value of anything own available on demand. We make it easy to switch up your wardrobe and freshen it up with the styles, which you’ve been lusting for.

Our community managers should go above and beyond and think about pushing the limits to introduce Tinkerlust to new communities in Indonesia as we continue to expand. Community managers become our ambassadors and representative to share our brand to new networks and communities, both offline and online channels.

Are you perfect for the job ?

Strong communication skills:
In many ways, the community manager is the face of a brand and should communicate the Tinkerlust message to the audience via social media, events, and create partnership to enhance our brand awareness.

Good Judgment :
Know how to best communicate with the audience and the best ways to handle feedback from the audience to make Tinkerlust better

Organizational skills :
Have attention to detail. Can track report and analyze feedback from our Tinkerlust users.

Adaptability :
Can you put on multiple hats from the social media strategist to the brand strategist. Comfortable as a strategy and also in marketing execution.

Passion for the brand :
Love brands, styling and have a deep passion for the anything fashion.

Requirements :
– Anywhere from 1-3 years experience marketing, community building, branding or communication experience (internship experience included)
– Bachelors from a top university, min 3.0 GPA
