Summary Job Duties and Tasks:

Assigns seats and sells tickets using an automated ticket system. Processes cash, credit card, and check sales. Balances cash register and maintains appropriate sales records. Works on an on-call or casual basis as needed for specific events.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Answers telephone calls, provides information on events, assists patrons with information, and takes hote/tour/attaction orders.
2. Assists in creating and maintaining customer accounts, making hotel/tour/attaction sales and entering data into a computerized ticket system.
3. May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation.
4. May need to partisipate on promosional event outside office hour
5. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

• SMIP / D3 Pariwisata prefered
• No previous work experience required
• Able to use computer (microsoft office & Excel)
